He is practicing these days to make his debut in doubles with MAHESH BHUPATHI for the last time to achieve a medal in upcoming 2012 Olympics

8) BOXING >> VIJENDER SINGH >> BRONZE MEDALIST IN BEIJING 2008 ""A 23 YEAR OLD MAN FROM A VILLAGE OF HARYANA MADE HISTORIC FIRST PERSON TO GET THE MEDAL IN INDIAN BOXING"".

10) GYMNASTICS AND BADMINTON INDIA didn't achieved any medals in olympics but the two factors that came to my account are Two Indian-American athletes have made it into gymnastics and badminton in the Beijing Olympics from US.
RAJ BHAVSAR,Paul Hamm who is olympic gold madealist in 2004 made it to the team had to withdraw following a rotator injury and broken hand.So Bhavsar waiting in the wings as an alternate qualifies and makes it to Beijing Olympics and gained bronze medal in 2008 beijing
ALISHA RICARDI gained team bronze in gymnastics as she is the 1st indo-american girl to represent USA and stood in 2nd position ,
RAJU RAI representing Team USA Badminton in Mens Singles competition gained only the participation and they are looking forward to accomplish medal in 2012 olympics
