New deal for US and Russia tocut the nuclear weapons arsenals

The new agreement sign between the two super power countries say that

To cut their development of arsenals nuclear weapons missiles up to 30%.

The USA president Barack Obama and Dmitry Medvedev sign a agreement at 8th April 2010.

Both country plans to reduces their no of launchers (missiles and heavy bombers) to half the existing.
